Crl.M.P.No.7939 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7613 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7613 of 2023 dated 06.04.2023, passed by this Court, that the petitioner shall stay at Chengalpattu and report before the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7613 of 2023 dated 06.04.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
