This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.37 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that in Crime No.37 of 2021, investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed on 20.10.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Tiruvallur in F.No.TC/14332/22 and the same is not taken on file.
4. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the quash petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 16.11.2022 vum Index:yes/No To 2/4
