The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C., in Crime No.450 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that so far no offence has been altered under Section 306 of IPC in the First Information Report. Therefore, there is no apprehension of the arrest at the hands of the respondent police.
3. Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, if the respondent Police alters the offence into one under Section 306 IPC in the First Information Report, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court.
