This Court in WMP.No.7363 of 2024 has granted extension of leave to the petitioner's husband for a period of 3 months i.e. from 12.03.2024 to 12.06.2024 and directed the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to get a status report from the Probation Officer regarding the health condition of the petitioner's husband.
2. The present miscellaneous petition is filed for extension of leave for a further period of three months i.e. from 12.06.2024 to 12.09.2024.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the medical condition of the petitioner's husband has become worse and his physical disability is 80%. The petitioner has given a representation dated 08.06.2024 to the respondents. Since the same was not considered, she has filed this miscellaneous petition.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a report of the Probation Officer dated 09.06.2024, which recommends to grant extension of leave to the petitioner's husband. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

5. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as in view of the report of the Probation Officer, the leave earlier granted by this Court is extended for a further period of three (3) months, commencing from 12.06.2024 to 12.09.2024.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
