ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Certiorari calling for the records relating to the order in e/f/vz;.1824/2014/m1/c/,(C) dated 05.09.2014 passed by the 1st respondent and order in e/f/vz;.1554/2014/m1 dated 22.09.2014 passed by the 2nd respondent and to quash the same.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner appears through video conferencing and affirmed that the issues raised in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication any more. It is also stated on behalf of the respondents that the issue is of the year 2014. The cheque book which is the contention had also been handed over to the respondents.
