This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st day of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.16148 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18420 of 2020 dated 31.10.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
