This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2015 pending on the file of the respondent in accordance with law.

ORDER

Claiming title of the property situated at Plot Nos. 33 and 34 in Bhuvaneswari Nagar, Second Main Road, Velachery, Chennai -42, the petitioner made a representation dated 08.10.2015 to the respondent seeking to survey the said property with the help of a Surveyor. As the said representation is pending consideration, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the pendency of the representation dated 08.10.2015 before the respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders in representation dated 08.10.2015, made by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
