J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.636 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.28607 of 2022 dated 23.01.2023.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reports that till date the petitioners had scrupulously complied the condition imposed and their presence is not required for the present.
3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the condition to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
