Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MRS.A.SRIJAYANTHI, SPL. GOVERNMENT PLEADER, for the petitioner and of MR.M.RAJA SEKARAN, Advocate for 1st Respondent and of MR.SUDHARSHANA SUNDAR, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents informed this Court that the land acquisition proceedings are concluded and the Award is yet to be passed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Under these circumstances , continuation of the interim order may not be required and grievances of the writ petitioner shall be adjudicated at the time of final hearing of the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the vacate Stay petition stands allowed and M.P.No.2/2015 stands dismissed.

Post the writ petition for final disposal.
