This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 371 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the Judgment dated 23.01.2018 in C.A.No.141 of 2018 on the file of the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Though notice served on the respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondent.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
