A.No.252 of 2022 in Comp.A.No.297 of 2021 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J Pursuant to order dated 28.10.2022, the Official Liquidator reports that the sale certificate was executed in favour of the auction purchaser. Learned counsel for the auction purchaser seeks an extension of the direction issued to the jurisdictional revenue and police officials in connection with taking over possession. By acceding to such request, the said direction is extended.

The auction purchaser is also granted leave to approach this Court, if necessary.

2. With the above directions, this application is closed.
