This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the first respondent to count half of the services rendered by petitioner as Part time Vocational Instructor (Craft Teacher) from 21.03.1974 to 03.06.1984 along with his regular service from 04.06.1984 to 30.04.2010 to arrive at the total qualifying service for pension and send revised pension proposals on that basis to the fifth respondent and disburse the arrears thereof within a time limit, in the light of G.O.(ID)No.135, School Education Department dated 04.04.2016 issued on the basis of order dated 15.12.2011 by this Court in W.P.No.3719 of 2007. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Page No.2 of 5

Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even on an earlier occasion there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this case any more and hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Costs made easy.
