2.In the circumstances stated in the affidavit, having satisfied with the reasons stated for impleading the proposed respondents as respondents 5 to 24 in W.P.No.13251 of 2023, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to implead proposed respondents as respondents 5 to 24 in W.P.No.13251 of 2023.

3.Issue notice to newly impleaded respondents, returnable in four weeks.
