This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 07.08.2016 and take action in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 07.08.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 20.08.2016.
