ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner who has arrayed as A1 in Cr.NO.129/2000 on the file of the respondent, praying to quash the charge sheet as against the petitioner in PRC NO.31/2012 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District. 2.When this matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for State would submit that during the pendency of the present petition, the case in PRC.NO.31/2012, pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District, has been subsequently committed to the Sessions court and the trial has also commenced. Further, in such circumstances, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the proceedings cannot be quashed at this stage.

3. Considering the subsequent development since the matter has been committed to the Sessions Court, and the trial also commenced, no further adjudication is necessary in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
