ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner based upon the false complaint given by the first wife children of petitioner's father.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by one Parthasarathy, the petitioner is unnecessarily harassed by the respondent Police. Therefore, this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint, FIR has been registered in Crime No.210 of 2023 and the investigation is pending.

4. In view of the registration of FIR, this Court directs the petitioner to cooperate with the investigation and the respondent Police is directed to conduct the investigation in the manner known to law and procedure established by law.
