W.M.P.No.18384 of 2025 W.M.P.No.18384 of 2025 in W.P.No.16258 of 2025 M.SUNDAR.J., and K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'eviction notice of the third respondent in Notice No.Zone XII/Enc/D.164/02/2024 dated 17.04.2025' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to paragraph impugned notice was served on the petitioner and hence, original impugned notice was not enclosed in the typed-set of papers. Paragraph 19 of he support affidavit reads as follows:

'19. I further submit that, the digital singed copy of the impugned notice was alone served to me. Hence, it is just and necessary to dispense with the production of the original 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
