The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 324 and 307 of IPC later altered with 147, 148, 324 and 307 of IPC in Crime No.924 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody. 3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
