THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.8561 of 2021 IN CRL OP.9364/2021 C.P.SUPRAJA [ PETITIONER ] Vs THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, [ RESPONDENT ] F-2, EGMORE POLICE STATION, EGMORE, CHENNAI CR NO.53/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition passed in Crl.O.P.No.9364 of 2021 by its order dated 26/05/2021, specifically in para 6(b) that this petitioner shall report before the R7 Podanur Police Station, Chettipalayam, Coimbatore (Near to the residence of this petitioner) instead of the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when for interrogation and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KARTIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.BASKARAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9364 of 2021 on 26.05.2021, specifically in para 6(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as teacher in Private School at Coimbatore and that the petitioner is taking class through video conference to the students. Therefore, he prays to modify the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.
