3. M/s.V.Bhavani Subbaroyan, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Therefore, considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and after hearing the learned counsel on either side, this petition is allowed.
