This petition has been filed challenging the proceedings initiated by the respondent under the Domestic Violence Act. 2.The petitioner is the husband of the respondent and certain allegations have been made by the petitioner against the respondent which requires appreciation of evidence and the same cannot be undertaken by this Court in exercise of its jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.
3.This Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings at this stage.

4.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the Court below is directed to complete the proceedings in D.V.No.6 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. The petitioner shall be represented by a counsel and he shall be present before the Court below as and when required by the Court during important dates of hearing. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
