08 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police and thus render justice Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S T.BALACHANDRAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.A.DAMODARAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court, by an order dated 14.07..2021, directed the petitioners to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of two weeks.

2. The petitioners filed the present petition seeking extension of time to surrender.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the time granted by this Court is extended for a further period of fifteen days and the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
