This petition has been filed to grant visitation rights to the applicant to visit his second Child Sachin two times every month.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant/husband and the respondent/wife are living separately since 2018. Their second child Sachin is now under the custody of the respondent and the petitioner has not been allowed to meet him. Hence, the present application.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objections for allowing this petition.

5. In view of the above submissions, petitioner is permitted to visit his child Sachin between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. in Ariyakuppam Child Welfare Centre, Pondicherry every first and third Sunday starting from April 2024. The respondent is directed to bring the child to Ariyakuppam Child Welfare Centre, Pondicherry without fail. The application is ordered accordingly. 15.02.2024 pvs https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
