This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. M.P.No.5058 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2365 of 2022 on 18.04.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer once in a week i.e., on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
