(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain the Public Interest Litigation. But then, the petitioner has remedy under G.O. (Ms.) No.540, Revenue (LD6(2)) Department, dated 04.12.2014, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

whereby Redressal Committees have been constituted to dispose of grievances relating to eviction of public encroachments, which he may avail.
