(CRIME NO.276/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition that instead the petitioner shall make the payment of Rs.75000 (Rupess seventy five thousand only) to pay the sum of Rupees 10000 (Rupees ten thousand only) to the credit to President of the Womens Lawyers Assoiciation, Chennai, Tamilnadu, In the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.10018/2021 dated 17.06.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 17.06.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.10018 of 2021, wherein, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- to the Women Lawyers' Association, Chennai without prejudice to his defence before the trial court.

2. This court while granting Anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 17.06.2021. since the petitioner on his own volition was inclined to accept the same and was granted Anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Whereas the petitioner on his own volition accepted to pay the amount imposed by the court.

3. The petitioner further submits that the deposit amount imposed by the court is exorbitant and hence he prays to modify the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, this court is not inclined to allow this petition.
