Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.12527 of 2022 dated 01.06.2022 on condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am. until further orders in Crime No.30 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police station and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12527 of 2022 on 01.06.2022, on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
