This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2015 for issue of Patta in respect of the lands to an extent of 3.28 Acres comprised in Survey No. 915 of Kamandoddi Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District after deleting the wrong entries made in the Revenue Records in respect of Survey No. 915 and issue computerised patta in the petitioner's name within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner, based upon a sale deed executed in favour of his father dated 31.12.1964, made a representation on 25.09.2015 to the respondents, stating that certain wrong entries have been made in the UDR Patta with respect to the land https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Survey No. 915 of Kamandoddi Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District to an extent of 3.28 acres. In the said representation, the petitioner has stated that the classification of the said land has been made wrongly as ''Anadheenam'' though, it shows the name of his deceased father. As the said representation has not been disposed of, this writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the pendency of the representation, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders in the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the third parties, if any.
