This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 508 days in representing the Crl.R.C.Sr.No.60324 of 2019 filed against the judgment dated 17.04.2018 in Spl.S.C.No.26 of 2017 passed against the appellant on the file of Hon'ble Sessions Court, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court) Vellore, Vellore District.
