This petition has been filed seeking modification of the bail order condition No.(ii) passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, E.O-II, Egmore, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.138 of 2019 dated 25.01.2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, E.O-II, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.138 of 2019 has granted bail to the petitioner with a conditions that "(ii) the petitioner / accused should furnish two sureties each to the value of Rs.50,000/- showing property in their name to the satisfaction of the Court''. Now, the petitioner seeks modification of the order.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modifies the above conditions to the effect that "(ii) the petitioner / accused should furnish two sureties each to the value of Rs.50,000/- showing property in their name to the credit of E.O.C.C.No.141 of 2019 and the Trial Court shall deposit the same in an interest bearing account". 2/4
