Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to clarify the order dated 26.04.2019 passed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.9996 of 2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.RAMESH Senior Counsel for M/S.AIYAR AND DOLIA, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent, and of MR. ADRIAN D.ROZARIO Advocate for Intervener, the court made the following order:- This Court while passing an order dated 26.04.2019 had attempted to make an interim arrangement in order to ensure that the properties belonging to the Church can again come back within the control of the Church, by cancellation of certain documents. The interim anticipatory bail was granted subject to certain conditions mentioned at Paragraph No.6 of the order.

2. After hearing the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Court feels that the interim arrangement made by this Court may not work and therefore it would be better if the petition itself is heard finally on merits.

3. The interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court shall continue and registry is directed to post the petition for final hearing.

4. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly.
