ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to revise and pay pension as per the basic pay of Rs.14470 as fixed by the second respondent in his proceedings No.POS/PPO/No.C241715/PCR/2019, dated 09.12.2009 and disburse the same together with arrears to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, pension payable to the petitioner was revised according to the rules in force and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
3. Recording the above, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
