This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking modification of the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10119 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each.

2. According to the petitioners, they are all belonging to one family and they are unable to arrange two separate sureties each as ordered by this Court. Hence, the petitioners are unable to surrender and execute sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham.

3. In view of the fact that petitioners are all members of same family, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions imposed by this Court on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10119 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety each for like sum.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to modify the condition imposed on petitioners as petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety each for like sum.
