This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 347 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that that the private notice sent to the respondents/ claimants have been returned with an endorsement they had already left.

Though the learned counsel, who appeared for the claimants before the Tribunal has received notice and his name is being printed in the cause list, but there is no representation.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
