This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time to surrender and execute sureties imposed by this Court by order dated 04.05.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.10119 of 2023.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the time to surrender and execute sureties imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10119 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023, is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
