This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 240 days in filing the above appeal.

Mr.K.Thilageswaran, learned counsel, who takes notice for the first respondent, submitted that he has no objection in condoning the delay.

Despite service of notice to the respondents 2 to 4 and their names having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
