ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11882 of 2020 dated 06.08.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11882 of 2020 dated 06.08.2020 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.
