ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.3.2024 wherein the petitioner has sought for reclassification of the petitioner's lands, which are now classified as anaadheenam, to restore the same as patta lands and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.3.2024 on merits and after affording an opportunity to the petitioner, pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
