This criminal revision has been filed to call for the records of the Appellate Court, Second Additional District Sessions Judge, Tindivanam in Criminal Appeal No.67 of 2023 dated 10.01.2024 confirming the Trial Court Judicial Magistrate - I Tindivanam order in C.C.No.148 of 208 dated 29.05.2023 and set aside the proceedings.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after passing orders by the Appellate Court, Second Additional District Sessions Judge, Tindivanam in Criminal Appeal No.67 of 2023 dated 10.01.2024, a joint compromise memo was entered between the parties on 20.01.2025 and the dispute between the proceedings was settled out of Court.

3. As the matter was settled between the parties, the Court below is directed to restore the above criminal appeal

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Revision case is allowed and the Judgment passed in Criminal Appeal No.67 of 2023 on 10.01.2024 2/4

by the Second Additional District Sessions Judge, Tindivanam is hereby set aside. The learned Additional District Sessions Judge, Tindivanam is directed to dispose of the above Crl.A within a period of two weeks from the date of restoring the appeal.
