This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 248 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has got serious objection for condoning the delay.

inclined to condone the delay, however, on payment of cost. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 27.06.2025. On payment of cost, the Registry is directed to number the main appeal and post it for admission on 01.07.2025. If the cost is paid on or before 27.06.2025, this petition stands allowed.
