This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 151 of C.P.C., seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 28.07.2017 & 24.01.2019.

2. The Writ Appeal is filed against the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.26066 of 2019 dated 01.11.2019, whereby the relief sought for by the writ petitioner seeking to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider his representations dated 28.07.2017 and 24.01.2019 was negatived.

3. Now the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed with the very same prayer cannot be entertained. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
