ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.10.2017 and conduct a fair and through investigation on his complaint.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his complaint was closed on 22.11.2017 stating that the grievance of the petitioner herein was civil in nature.

3. The present petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint based on the petitioner's earlier complaint dated 07.10.2017 is not maintainable, since the same has already been enquired and closed. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, it is always open to him to challenge the final report dated 22.11.2017.

4. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
