The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondents to provide educational loan for the purpose of continuing her studies.

When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent-Bank submitted that if the petitioner approaches the bank, appropriate steps would be taken towards the disbursement of the loan as per law. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would certainly approach the bank and make an application in the prescribed format. 4.

In view of the same, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
