ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4809 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7597 of 2020 dated 17.08.2020, directing him to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4809 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7597 of 2020 dated 17.08.2020 directing him to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
