ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for direction for the Trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.62 of 2015 in a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has filed O.S.No.62 of 2015 seeking for a declaration and perpetual injunction. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pleadings have already been completed, issues framed and P.W.1 was also examined.

3. In the meanwhile, respondents stated to have file an application for 1/5

appointment of Advocate Commissioner on account of which the proceedings have been dragged on.

4. It is to be noted that O.S.No.62 of 2015 was filed in the year 2015. If at all any application is filed by respondents/defendants for appointment of Commissioner, the Court is required to take the matter for hearing and dispose of the same at the earliest. The Court can also consider whether pending an application for appointment of Advocate Commissioner the trial can also be proceeded. Considering circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the learned Principal District and Sessions Court at Dharmapuri to dispose of O.S.No.62 of 2015, as quickly as possible by taking all possible steps and dispose of the same not later than eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
