This petition is filed to condone the delay of 525 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for respondent 2. Despite notice having been served upon the respondent 1 and the name and address having been shown in the cause-list, none appears before this Court.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 525 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
