Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for records of the 4th respondent to quash the results pertaining to TNTET Paper-I of 2013 relating to the petitioner's Roll No.13TE23100348 and further to declare that the petitioner is eligible to be declared as pass in view of the Amendment Notification dated 10.6.2011 in No.F No.61-1/2011/NCTE/(N&S) issued by the 5th respondent and consequently direct the 4th respondent to declare that the petitioner has passed the TNTET Paper-I of 2013 in order to qualify for the post of Secondary Grade Teacher.
