The applicant seeks leave to institute the suit against the respondents before this Court. The suit is instituted before this Court on the basis that the Branch Office of the plaintiff is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and also on the basis that the cause of action has arisen partly within the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. Upon examining the draft plaint and the documents and the affidavit in support of this application, it appears that the cause of action has arisen at least partly within the jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, A.No.3043 of 2022 is allowed and the plaintiff is permitted to institute the suit against the respondents before this Court. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit if it is otherwise in order. If the Interlocutory application presented along with the suit is in order, the same may be listed before this Court on 01.08.2022.
