This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20814 of 2022 dated 07.09.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., and 05.30.p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.
