(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 324 and 307 of IPC, later it was altered under Sections 147, 148, 324 and 307 of IPC in Crime No.924 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
